Using our Games programmes as a platform for change, we embed mental wellbeing training using the NHS’s Five Ways to Mental Wellbeing model.

The children receive fun, interactive wellbeing journals that walk them through the steps to mental wellbeing and help to develop skills that will be with them for life.

The model focuses on these key areas:

1. Connect with other people

2. Be physically active

3. Learn new skills

4. Give to others

5. Mindfulness
