SportInspired Community Programmes are designed to help increase pupils’ activity levels, skills and confidence, by introducing them to new sports and connecting them to local role models, including sports coaches and business volunteers. Part of our mission is to help every child find a sport they love and want to continue for years to come, even for those who don’t consider themselves ‘sporty’.
We work with primary schools across the UK. SportInspired has worked with over 800 different schools and reached over 87,000 children but we are always looking to expand the number of schools we work.
“To have a whole class taking part in an event is amazing for us. So even the kids that think they are not so great, they enjoy taking part. Because they see other kids at their level their confidence grows.” - Teacher Florin, Lauriston Primary School
