If you're planning a fundraiser and need inspiration or want to raise money but you're not sure how to go about it, check out our list of fundraising ideas for some great ways to raise money.

Fundraising Ideas

Non-Uniform Day - Pick a fancy dress theme like 'favourite sports' or ask your pupils to donate £1 for a non-uniform day. If you're fundraising during the festive period, then Christmas Jumper Day is a must

Dance Off - Hold a non-uniform day with a twist? Ask your kids to bring in a donation and don their favourite dance outfit for the day. Think jiving in jeans, twirling in tutus and hip-hopping in hoodies.

Sponsored Silence - Get your pupils involved in a sponsored hour (or more!) of silence - the perfect way to deal with chatterboxes!

3K Sponsored Walk or Run - Challenge your pupils to walk or run 3Km with their parents and ask for sponsorship

Sports Day - Include a parent and child challenge in your annual sports day and ask the parents to donate to enter.

Swimathon - Challenge your students to swim a certain number of lengths as a relay team within a certain time. They can ask their friends and family for sponsorship.

Talent Show - Hold a talent show and get your pupils to showcase their skills - ask their parents to come along and make a donation.

Turn £5 into £100 - Give groups of five children £5 and challenge them to turn your £5 investment into £100. Everything they raise over and above the £5 can be donated to SportInspired.
